This leading international financial services company is focused on the delivery of finance products through the retail environment. The business currently operates with market leading retailers and financial institutions in the UK and Australia where it has built a reputation for processing volumes of business finance transactions both quickly and efficiently. This exciting opportunity follows a comprehensive strategic review designed to position to the Group for substantial growth and new market entry.
In partnership with the CEO and Board, you will play a significant role in driving the future direction of the business. This will include:
- a key role in managing capital funding structures and associated credit risk;
- management of financial/accounting policy, principles and practices and governance, including company secretarial;
- driving systems and business improvement initiatives;
- evaluating and developing new business opportunities; and
- a prominent role in investor relations.
To be successful in this challenging and demanding role, you will be CA/CPA qualified and highly regarded for your commercial acumen. You will have proven CFO level experience gained within the Banking and Finance Sector that will ideally include sound working knowledge of securitisation, broader capital structures, and associated risk.
You will be a diplomatic and pragmatic leader of people with the capacity to influence a wide range of stakeholders and translate strategy into practical workable solutions.
