Senior Treasury Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities
- Assist to execute the company's Foreign Exchange hedging program including exposure identification, FX execution, and fair market valuation
- Coordinate with Controllers to properly account for Treasury activities including financing, derivatives, intercompany funding, cash management and others
- Prepare monthly Treasury schedules for accounting entries of all Treasury transactions including interest expense, FX/Interest Swap PL/valuation, interest income and intercompany loans
- Review cash flow forecast from each region and consolidate into a global cash flow forecast
- Review cash settlement numbers related with FX, interest expense, swaps and dividends transactions before being passed on to Cash Management team
- Prepare and collect auditing supporting documents of Treasury activities for both internal and external auditors and Sox compliance
- Assist in conducting due diligence and developing funding plan for corporate acquisitions
- Assist in design and documentation of Treasury processes and policies
- Manage quarterly hedge accounting documentation compliance process
- Assist to review periodic SEC filings related with Treasury activities
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in finance, economics, engineering, math or another quantitative discipline
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- 4-6 years of work experience
Experience
- Sound understanding of the principles of financial risk management within a corporate environment
- Strong analytical and financial skills are the key criteria for this position. Sound understanding of the principles of accounting and cash flow analysis
- Strong Treasury Accounting background
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Be able to work under a tight timeline
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft office and some ERP and Treasury Management system
