SENIOR UK EQUITY SPECIALIST SALESPERSON
Senior UK Equity Specialist Salesperson (NYC) Promote mkt complex in-house research to US institutions. Utilize knowl of UK equities fin'l mkts to dvlp UK equity strategies for portfolio managers traders at Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Mutual Funds other institutions across the US Canada. Update institutions on mkt events relating to UK companies, incl interpreting monitoring fin'l activity to provide advice on investment strategies. Keep client-base current on the UK macro-economic platform. Dvlp new institutional relationships enhance existing relationships. Liaise w/UK listed companies to arrange dvlp North American mktg prgrms. Analyze income growth, quality of mgmt, mkt share, potential risks of industry, collateral appraisal of UK equities. Advise on sales trading efforts. Work w/analysts to provide professional investment info concerning int'l economic mkts. Reqmnts: Bachelor's deg or foreign equiv in Economics, or closely rltd field, + 5 yrs progressive exp in job off'd or rltd occupation working w/UK equities, sales research. Other Reqmts: Must have exp in UK equities sales mkt. Must have knowl of fin'l mkts, specifically equity mkts. Must have exp providing investment advice. Must have Series 7 or 17.
