Senior Vice President – HR (APAC) recruitment
Reporting into the regional COO, you will provide leadership to the HR organisation within the APAC region and will be a key member of driving change, shaping culture, and driving growth by building a strong HR infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address workforce trends to support business strategy
- Build a Centre of Excellence
- Drive the development and implementation of initiatives and programs, to enable an infrastructure to support individual development and team capability
- Implementation of policies and procedures to drive best performance
- Oversee accountability for governance and compliance within the HR organisation in the region
- Drive cultural change by analysing and developing specific strategies, partnering with leaders to deliver appropriate effective communications,
- Design and implement change and culture initiatives that enable business strategy across the region
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated experience in a global, matrixed environment
- Significant experience in managing large head count within ASEAN region
- Comprehensive HR background with in-depth generalist experience with extensive leadership experience
- Significant Change Management experience
- Expertise in designing and building change transformation projects
