Senior VP Corporate Development recruitment
This role requires somebody who is capable of operating at a senior level and can deliver the banks strategic objectives, you will regularly partner the business to develop organic strategic initiatives and cross-business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Execute strategic projects and MA transactions by performing complex financial analysis and modeling
• Develop Strategic recommendations
• Support the development of the overall and business unit strategy through direct support of the formulation, co-ordination and execution of key strategic initiatives through MA transactions
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a proven track record in either FIG Corporate Finance/MA or Corporate Development with a leading bank. Strong financial modelling skills are essential! You will be expected to demonstrate excellent thought leadership and complex problem solving skills
