Senior VP or Director. UK Public Takeovers at Global Investment Bank recruitment

The Emerging Markets Corporate Finance team at a Global Investment Bank is looking for a Senior VP or Director that can lead MA and ECM transactions for Publically Listed UK Companies. The majority of the bank's clients are in the Natural Resources sector and are active in Emerging Markets. Almost all are listed on either the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE 350 or AIM.

For this reason it is essential that candidates have experience of UK Public takeovers. Candidates that combine UK Public Takeover experience with Natural Resources and / or Emerging Markets experience will be particularly well suited. 

As well as leading transactions, the successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and developing juniors.
