Lead Business Analyst

Reporting directly to the APAC Chief Information Officer, this role will be required to face-off with very senior business stakeholders (including the Head of Asset Servicing Business COO for the APAC region) in order to understand their business requirements and present to them regular project progress updates
Must have extensive experience in Asset Servicing business: Fund Accounting, Custody, Clearing, Transfer Agency, Risk Analysis, Reconciliation, Fund Administration
Budget: 150-185k

Senior Project/Program Manager

Reporting directly to the APAC Chief Information Officer, this role will be required to take up regional portfolio/program management responsibilities (leading a small team of BA/PMs in application development and implementation projects) as well as drive key projects individually also
Must have very strong PM experience, as well as has established PM governance frameworks from scratch, including defining PM processes, centralizing/prioritizing project requests, resource/budget-planning methodologies, project communication templates
Budget: 150-185k

IT Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager

Reporting directly to the APAC Chief Information Officer, this role will be responsible for managing the output/service delivery of their infrastructure production services, and acting as overall relationship manager/service delivery manager for the Asset Servicing application users
Must have very strong understanding of the impact of infrastructure operations/service delivery on application stability (sensitive to data-flows understanding of upstream/downstream systems). Ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and present findings to very senior business stakeholders which reflect the improvement/degradation of infrastructure services as well as their corresponding impact on business services. Able to translate technical issues into business impact
