Senior VP/Director, Business Change Management recruitment

This role is heavily focused on Business Change although an ability to understand the positioning of technology change is a pre-requisite as are the communication skills required to at times act as a conduit between business and IT change teams.

Reporting directly into the Bank's Strategic Change Director and COO you will coordinate the delivery of a portfolio of key change initiatives spanning the business front to back.  You will liaise with a number of Programme Directors along with business heads to ensure the continued success of a large portfolio of projects.

You will possess strong Project Management skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with "C" Level stakeholders in the business and act as a trusted Change partner.  Preffered experience would encompass aspects of transformational, organisational and people change, and ideally experience of working within large "Change the Bank" programmes at Tier 1 Financial Institutions.

Exceptional academics are essential, candidates will need a minimum of a 2:1 degree and ideally possess an MBA or Masters in a relevant discipline.  Preferably you will also have formal project qualifications such as Prince II or AMP.
