Senior Web Engineer Job in Palo Alto 94301, California US
We are looking for a passionate web engineer to join our rapidly expanding team help mold the future of payments.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop web applications, primarily with PHP.
- Execute web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Write, test deploy production-ready code rapidly compentently.
- Work directly with users our product manager to iterate, design implement features quickly.
- Take ownership make things happen.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- A passion for developing intuitive products that charm users.
- Former experience creating consumer web applications.
- Adept knowledge of jQuery, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
- Experience working within the MVC design pattern.
- Understanding of relational databases SQL.
- Ease working in Linux.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Knowledge of Photoshop (or other graphical editor) ability to develop simple icons, buttons, etc.
- Understanding of practical Web security.
- Experience with PHP.
- Prior payments or financial technology experience.
