In addition to your administrative support duties, you’ll help Financial Advisors by providing customer service to their clients. Your strong customer service orientation, knowledge of investment concepts and products and innovative thinking will make you a valued member of our sales support team.
We’re seeking a seasoned professional.
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years of securities industry experience
- Previous sales support experience
- Series 7 license and Series 63 (or 66) license
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and reside within 50 miles of office
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills Abilities)
- Strong understanding of the stock market. Including investments, fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, insurance, annuities and retirement plans
- Basic math skills
- Advanced written, verbal, and inter-personal skills
- Advanced organizational skills
- Advanced attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Able to work with a variety of personalities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving ability
Preferred
- 5 years of securities industry experience
- Associate of Arts degree or post high school training or education
