We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our account management team within our fast-growing Online Marketing Division. This position is located in a professional, 8,000+ square foot office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The SEO Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients subscribing to Web.com’s monthly LeadsByWeb service with the goal of: a) delivering clients established number of web driven leads per month at a pre-defined cost per lead; and b) driving changes to improve underperforming client websites through strategic use of SEO, PPC, and local internet search marketing tactics.
Role will involve direct client interaction (phone email), actively engaged monitoring managing of online campaign performance using industry and proprietary tools, and personally instituting necessary search engine marketing campaigns to deliver clients quantity and quality web leads in a manner that ensures satisfaction and retention. The Online Marketing Account Manager will also be expected to work with Scottsdale Web.com operations/fulfillment personnel as required, and will have significant exposure to HQ management personnel.
Training on specific products and systems will be provided. Intermediate understanding of SEO and PPC principles is a pre-requisite. Client management relationship building skills and experience are also essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- At target CPL, deliver required monthly lead volumes to client.
- Use SEO, PPC and local internet marketing tactics to drive desired results.
- Within established timelines: implement new client programs; measure performance of and implement improvement oriented changes to existing client online marketing programs.
- Recognize and capitalize on potential client upsell opportunities.
- Set proper expectations with the client.
- Interact with customers in a focused and passionate manner to ensure positive experiences on every contact.
- Use of proprietary tools for efficient daily monitoring of client site success.
Special Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of SEO/SEM/PPC experience.
- Strong analytical skills understanding of internet lead conversion campaigns and optimization—including localized internet marketing.
- Strong comfort level with Google Analytics, Adwords and SEO/SEM related industry tools.
- Experience managing customer relationships in client facing role with ability to retain and upsell.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication. Particular emphasis on having strong phone interaction skills.
- Ability to handle a large number of clients, meet deadlines, manage priorities and communicate progress as needed.
- Capable of using data/reports to discover and then implement optimization/campaign performance improvement recommendations.
- Ability to quickly learn and internalize new concepts, particularly in an environment of discovery, change and continual improvement.
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ability to multitask and organize.
- Able to work within a strong team environment AND with little supervision.
- Knowledge of website design and HTML an asset, but not required.
Education
- Post-secondary education strongly preferred.
