You have both an Administration and Customer Service background and are genuinely interested in starting your career within insurance! Your administration and face-to-face or phone-based customer service expertise will see you take on this outstanding opportunity to join a very busy and established Underwriting Department of this international company.
The primary purpose of this role is to cover all aspects of Insurance Policy Processing and support a team of Underwriters in all administrative tasks.
The duties:
- high-volume policy administration and data entry
- policy support to Senior Underwriters issuing of letters, cover notes etc
- following up with clients on the phone for extra account information or additional paperwork
- general customer account administration
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following:
- at least 12 months experience as an Administrator
- demonstrated phone-based customer service skills
- Intermediate or higher skills in MS Excel
- a genuine desire for a long-term career the Insurance industry
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency

A salary of $40,000 - $42,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate and depends on experience
