CampingWorld is looking for a Service Advisor - Determines specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers - Promotes installation sales and services through direct interaction with customer - Reviews each job for proper size, colors, placement of product - Suggests add-on sales and services to customers - Provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments - Provides cradle to grave customer service - Keeps customers apprised of work progress - Schedules and confirms appointments - Performs duties at company established performance levels - Monitors operation of newly installed equipment - Assists in managing returns to vendors and all VCB processes - Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers - Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned - May cross train to perform other duties
