We currently have a number of new and exciting job opportunities that have become available for a well-known banking corporation in Chester.

As part of our Global Client Operations Division you will benefit from working in a corporate environment, substantial training and be provided with career development with ongoing support from your managers.

Ideally, you’ll have prior Customer Service experience as well as 3 years treasury or financial services experience. You will also have an interest in current affairs in the financial industry and understanding of the variety of products we offer. You’ll be a high performing, results focused individual who is very effective in using positive and persuasive conversation over the telephone to build relationships with your customers, while achieving individual and business targets. You’ll thrive in a busy, customer-orientated environment and a passion for talking to people - understanding what they need and identifying ways to help provide a better service. You will have a deep understanding of cash management systems and have a keen eye for attention to detail.

Hours we are currently recruiting for are full time, with shift work included. You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts across our US business hours which could include unsociable hours.
