Service and Repair Manager Job in Salt Lake City, Utah US

As the Service and Repair Manager you will be responsible to insure the timely repair and servicing of all medical device product lines in accordance with assembly drawings, instructions and quality standards.
We are looking for a disciplined, organized individual who can supervise leads and service specialists in the repair of medical devices. In this position, among other things, you will:
*Set daily schedules and assign resources based on service center production activities.
*Supervise the assembly and repair of medical products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
*Train production leads and specialists to complete service procedures in accordance with device instructions.
*Develop and maintain service center documentation such as device instructions, protocols and procedures.
*Set up production lines for optimum efficiency.
The desired background to be successful in this role includes:
*Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on manufacturing or other engineering disciplines and four years related experience and/or training.
*Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
*Demonstrated ability and experience providing leadership to a direct labor force.
*Able to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
