No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Develops, deploys and maintains import/export control program, including: development of strategic partnerships and relationships to align and embed logistics requirements throughout the global supply chain; interpret government regulations, identify and communicate the impact and changes to the global supply chain; develop streamline, comprehensive process instructions to guide compliant movement of tangible goods; provide automated export system support to users; develop innovative learning solutions that build international logistics capabilities; and monitoring and oversight responsibilities (including verification responsibilities and root cause / corrective analysis principles). Leads and participates on enterprise wide and cross-functional teams defining export control programs. Interfaces with internal/external compliance organizations and responds to Customs and Border Protection inquiries for export control issues to ensure compliance with export regulations, federal regulations, Foreign Trade Regulations and the Boeing Compliance Offices. Provides guidance and solutions to internal and external export/import inquiries. Provides program managers with export-import plans/solutions. Analyzes performance data for compliance and business process review. Provides direction on complex performance solutions. Ensures company-training products are in compliance with laws and regulatory standards. May be identified as a focal for compliance audits of the training program and leads corrective action. Educates other trainers regarding compliance regulations. + Government Laws/Regulations Basic - Complete knowledge of relevant government laws and regulations impacting the functional responsibilities of the occupation. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have previous work experience leading or managing a project team? Do you have previous work experience with Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and/or Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR)? Typical Education/Experience Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
