Service Centre Co-Ordinator

My client based in Sittingbourne are eager to secure a new Service Centre Co-Ordinator. This person will be the first point of contact for the customer and responsible for receiving and progressing orders through to final receipt. Regular liaison with customers would be require by email, telephone and post therefore excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must along with relationship building and development skills

The successful incumbent will have:

Extensive Customer Service experience
Experience of having worked with call centre
Excellent attention to detail
Ambition and drive to develop you career
Excellent communication skills
Strong decision making ability
Good analytical skills
Experience of customer service from a manufacturing background would be beneficial.
