Service Co-ordinator

A position has a risen for an experienced Customer Service individual to join a market leader within their field. Its a great opportunity for some one who wants to build up their experience and join a fantastic organisation.

You will be responsible for:

* Managing a portfolio of customers. 
* Account Co-ordinator
* Handling customer queries and requests.
* Running reports. 
* Liasing with customers in a professional manner providing relevant information. 
* Working to agreed SLA's. 
* Providing an excellent service to customers. 
* Raising issues on conference calls. 
* Liaising with colleagues.

The ideal candidate should have:

* Excellent customer service skills. 
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
* The ability to prioritise work loads. 
* Ability to take ownership for customer queries. 
* High level of accuracy. 

Monday - Friday

Must be able to pass a credit check.
