Service Delivery Manager
Key Deliverables
The Relationship Manager's role is to lead and manage the relationship with a major partner of the bank and on a day to day basis providing end-to-end support for infrastructure services including:
- Manage delivery of major and minor projects to ensure they are on time and on budget
- Manage the relationship in an effective and diplomatic way
- Communicate policy and procedural changes
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements and communicate to senior management
- Develop and maintain process and procedural reports
- Generate reports for management in regards to service availability, uptime, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and SLAs etc
- Provide status reporting and results of continuous improvement efforts
Required background
- Experience of developing strong partnership with and management of large vendor relationships
- Experience of administering appropriate contract and procurement documents
- Experience of negotiating with third party suppliers
- Ideally some line management experience (for manager level)
- Basic understanding of public procurement regulations and practices including the EU directives
- Significant practical experience of managing varied procurement operations working in a professional procurement environment that is subject to EU procurement regulations
