Service Delivery Manager/ Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager - ITIL

Service Desk Manager / Service Delivery Manager/ Helpdesk Manager required for a large organisation based in Hertfordshire. The successful Helpdesk Manager/ Service Delivery Manager/ Service Desk Manager will be ITIL certified or understand ITIL standards and will have strong skill in supporting a Wintel environment

The successful Service Delivery Manager/ Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager will be working on a busy helpdesk, managing a team of support engineers to a 400+ user base, so it is likely that the contract will extend after the initial 6 months. They would have ideally had experience of full technical issues and the acted as the escalation point if necessary.

The successful Service Delivery Manager/ Helpdesk Manager/ Service Desk Manager will ideally have first rate customer service and communication skills.
