My client is an industry-leading Asset Manager who require a high calibre and support-focused IT Service Integration Manager to help manage relationships between the on-site Consultancy, Project Managers and Support staff.

As Service Integration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Engaging with all IT project managers to provide a clear overall view of the activities required at all stages of the delivery, engage with the production support teams to ensure that they are involved with the project at the right times and that the end to end support model is clearly defined including roles and responsibilities across internal and external support teams.
Other duties will include identifying service integration risks and issues during the project lifecycle and practically working with the project managers and teams across IT to resolve the issues before they impact production.

The successful candidate must have IT Service Integration / Service Delivery Management experience and come from a Support background and have a thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle. Candidates with a Financial Services (particularly Asset Management) background would have a strong advantage. ITIL Qualifications are a plus.

EXPERIENCE OF LIAISING WITH MULTIPLE KEY BUSINESS AREAS AND IDEALLY CONSULTANCIES WOULD BE A HUGE BENEFIT.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and eligibility to live and work in the UK are essential.
