Our desire is to provide superior service and results to make raving fans out of our customers.  Service Managers are responsible for supervising production activities within a specified branch and often works with at least one other Service Manager to fulfill these responsibilities. Each Service Manager supervises a team of Territory Service Representatives by training, setting appropriate goals, and providing the coaching, counseling, and follow up necessary to provide superior customer service.  The Service Manager is also responsible for tracking and reporting production data as needed.  You will interact directly with customers on a daily basis to maintain a strong relationship and retain their business.
