Service Manager recruitment

Service Manager with extensive supplier manager skills in outsourced IT, Shared Services and help desk operations. You must be oprganised and disciplined with broad based systems knowledge being the focal point of incidents, outages, front office requests and general IT issues. The role is mainly manager supplied services, so ideally you will have managed and got the best out of outsourced services and taken a robust approach when needed. You will have strong negotiation experience with internal suppliers, be grounded in a crisis and be able to make things work and get back online.
