Service Manager, Telco Vendor, Singapore recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to the business in order to ensure customer satisfaction for retention of client
- Ensure service level agreements are in place in order to meet the needs of the client and ensure proper delivery to the client
- Organize periodical meeting with the customers to evaluate agreed SLA and discuss service improvement plan based on the contract
- Ensure the service and products being effectively provided to customer after the implementation completed until the service period expired
In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
- 6+ years of working experience as a Service Manager
- Must have experience in working large accounts for the business
- Working experience in telecommunication or telecommunication vendor companies
- Technical knowledge of Servers (Mail, DNS, SAN, Virtualization,etc) is a must; a good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, VoIP, STM/ATM, etc) would be an added benefit
- Strong analytical skill for troubleshooting of faults reported by customers.
- Overall good communication and presentation skills
