- IT desk incident and service desk management

- Application support

- IT problem management.

- Business process monitoring and event management

- IT knowledge capture and management

- IT Disaster Recovery

This is a senior role and the chosen candidate will have good man management and interpersonal skills with indepth knowledge of the IT environment in financial services.
