Service Support Assistant Manager recruitment

An exciting opportunity exists for the successful incumbent Service Support Asst. Manager to join a team of experienced and dedicated IT personnel. Having a solid background in helpdesk and data center support operations, you will be tasked to lead a team of 5 support staff.

You will have experience in managing daily helpdesk functions and schedules and developing service management plans. You will be responsible for conducting periodic meetings with vendors for service contract reviews and quality checks. Your excellent communication skills will be required when liaising with users and your team, and your high EQ will allow you to perform at your best even under pressure.

You will have at least 8 years of data center operations experience in the banking, insurance, or finance sectors and at least 3 years of problem/change management experience. Technically, you will have knowledge with AS/400, UNIX, Windows, and ITIL processes. You will have an eye for detail and be able to maintain detailed documentation.
