Service Support Manager

Superb new position for a fantastic Client based here in Milton Keynes.

My Client is looking for Service Support Manager!

An opportunity has arisen for a Service Support Manager, this position will be based at there Head Office, here in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Commercial Service Support Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring all infrastructure and processes necessary for
the service office to fulfil all customer needs and agreed After Sales objectives. This encompasses control of engineer Dispatch and work allocation,
subcontractor work and engineer paperwork.

The ideal candidate for the role needs to have a proven track record in building, leading and managing larger teams successfully and is experienced to
understand complex business processes and make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.

You need to be able to communicate at all levels of management and have a high degree of affinity to modern IT systems (SAP, Microsoft Office) and be able
to work with your team colleagues in the Service operation and Service support group.

Your main duties will include the following.

Develop long and short term functional operating plans (goals, objectives and action plans) and control functional resources and activities to advance overall After Sales and Company targets.

Direct and actively manage all service office staff.

Exhibit a commitment of excellence and to superior customer service – both external and internal.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI’s) to ensure quality control, increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Actively communicate, coordinate and cooperate with other departments to optimise customer satisfaction, throughput and efficiency.

Ensure availability of sufficient and highly qualified personnel to deliver optimum performance.

Assist in the development and maintenance of After Sales standard processes and operating procedures.

Report and analyse the results of the customer service operation on a regular basis and recommend corrective action to the service operation (Managers and Employees) to improve KPI’s.

Ensure all field campaigns are completed within the timeframe given.
