Credit Specialist

Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a Credit Specialist to work in a Collections role, speaking to customers on both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll be responsible for negotiating acceptable payment terms and ensuring prompt repayment of outstanding balances. You’ll act as the first point of contact and focus on deepening relationships with customers to deliver the personal service our client is famous for.

You’ll need to be able to speak and write fluently in both English and German and will bring with you your passion for building new relationships to work and know how to emotionally connect with our customers. Above all, you’ll understand how to really listen. With a professional approach and a strong team ethic, your ability to exceed customer expectations will help realise our clients vision to become the world's most respected service brand. You’ll have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Previous call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

This role will be is shift based, therefore you must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am–9pm (Monday-Saturday).
