As Performance Truck (Kenworth) Houston continues to grow, we find our increased level of retail business activity now requires us to add an additional service writer to our team. We are specifically looking for a motivated person with a "Can Do" attitude who is prepared to do "Whatever it Takes" to make sure our customers have the best service experience of any repair facility in Houston.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to greeting and interacting with customers, accurately defining truck problems or complaints, advising customers of repairs required and keeping customers informed of the repair process. processing repair orders from opening to completion.
Further crucial to this role a service writer must have the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing service environment and must posses strong telephone skills with the ability to positively phrase telephone dialogue. You must be Windows based computer literate and a HS Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of (2) two years experience in a heavy truck workshop as a service writer to be considered for this role.
