Role
New business development with targets (CYR - current year revenue and TCV - total contract value) in the Insurance vertical for the Applications (primary focus) and BPO area in UK/Ireland, Benelux and Nordic markets.
Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and trends for solutions in Insurance with prospects and partners.
Consistently exceed revenue targets and margin responsibilities.
Position Dell Domain-led, Application and BPO service offerings at appropriate levels with customer contacts in CXO, business, IT and vendor management functions.
Methodical and diligent prospecting skills to build pipeline.
Ability to build relationships with customers and engage in consultative selling.
Qualify customers by determining needs, ability to buy and decision making capability.
Exemplary management of the sales cycle with the customer whilst leading internal stakeholders including pre-sales, delivery, finance, legal to develop and present propositions.
Execute effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure good quality margin business.
Collaborate with Insurance practice and delivery teams to identify trends and develop propositions.

Qualifications
Requirements
10+ years sales experience specifically selling IT solutions in Insurance vertical.
Experience and understanding of Insurance vertical, experienced in making proposals and delivering presentations.
Knowledge and experience of selling in the European market with a contact base.
Self-motivation to individually generate new business with prospects.
Experience of global delivery model.
Ability to exceed customer expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction consistently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. These include enhanced influencing, presentation and professional sales skills.
Desire to work as a member of a success-oriented team.
Confidence to present to senior management.
Methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence.
