Our Fairfax, VA Ops center is looking to hire 2 great Set-Up Clerks to start right AWAY!
Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is expected to provide set-up for loan submissions. All employees of Pacific Union Financial are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review disclosures/RESPA for accuracy and re-disclose if necessary
Send initial disclosures from DocMagic to borrower
Setup the file in LOS/print images
Communicate missing items with brokers and AE/Loan officers
Inform brokers and AEs their file is sent to UW and communicate turn times
Send out the daily on hold list, and input notes in each loan being setup
Fill out missing data fields check for accuracy
Verify documentation meets PUF submission standards
Run Fraudguard or any other tool/report as required by compliance/Mgr
Minimum Daily Production Standard
Process 110 or more new submissions per month
You:
Minimum Requirements:
- Self starter with good written and oral communication skill as well as good follow up and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, HOEPA, SAFE ACT and GFE/TIL requirements.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and expediency while working in a fast paced environment
- Detail and results oriented
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of quality customer service
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
