Settlement Analyst
An opportunity has arisen with a utility supplier for a Settlement Analyst to work within their growing energy team. As well as assisting with the day to day management of metering and data collection, this role will be responsible for ensuring performance falls within targets set out by the company.
You MUST have a strong experience in a similar analytical role and a proven working knowledge of the utilities industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering set SLA's for meter reading performance
- Continually work to meet the business and utility industry targets
- Report on incident rates and provide this information to other business departments on expected resolution times.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Significant mathematical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management
