Settlement & Credit Control Manager
Job duties:
- Leading the operations of the Credit Control team and the Settlement team
- Managing team members to handle margin calls, client credit appraisal, and daily settlement operations within the Hong Kong stock market
- Perform and lead client profile auditing and credit risk monitoring assignments
- Supervising credit and compliance assessment during new accounts opening and credit risk related system projects
- Developing and implementing exceptional management strategies
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
- With recognized professional accounting qualifications (ie. HKICPA or equivalence)
- Experienced accounting/auditing specialist with minimum 2-3 years experience in the financial sector, preferably in brokerage field
- Must possess excellent understanding in credit risk operational flow and HK SFC regulations
- Working experience in finacial auditing
- Familiar with local market clearing system, including CCASS DCASS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written spoken English and Chinese
