This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team in a diverse rewarding Senior Operations position, reporting directly to the CEO. It is a stand-alone, senior role which due to the current size of the business activity in Australia (around 20), will mean that you are very 'hands-on' in managing the day to day operations of the business. So who are you...?

You will be an experienced operations professional with 5-10+ years in a senior settlements function. You will have strong product knowledge across domestic and international equities, options and American Depository Receipts (ADRs). 

You will be flexible in your approach to take on many hats. As this is a small team environment, we are seeking a genuine multi-tasker with a fairly broad skill set. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a business still in its youth, where your contribution will have a genuine impact on the business moving forward.
