Settlements Services Analyst
TRADE SETTLEMENTS ANALYST, UP TO £39K
My client is a prominent brokerage looking to attract an experienced Settlements Analyst to join their European Broker Dealer Operations division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in settling equity trades to work in a varied role pre-matching and settling FX, Client and Market side transactions. You will process corporate actions, settle failed trades and manage interest and dividend claims. It is crucial that candidates have experience of stock and cash reconciliations in order to determine, request and book stock loans and fails.
Key responsibilities:
- Settling failed trades quickly and accurately
- Investigate and resolve daily corporate actions issues
- Liaising with brokers, traders, middle office, clients and clearing agents
- Identify discrepancies in the data held on internal trade capture systems
Successful candidates will have a 2:1 degree in a mathematical related discipline, possess excellent communication, system and excel skills.
