Shared Services Manager (Release/Environment/App Configuration) - Insurance - London - £700 p/d
My client is a leading Insurance organisation who seek a technically astute Manager to join the their team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the Shared Services function providing release management, environment management (build operations), and application configuration management along with taking the leadership responsibilities of the shared services team.
The successful candidate will be expected to have in depth knowledge and experience of the following:-
- Release/environment/configuration management within a development/shared services environment.
- Service Strategy Design
- Service Transition
- Stakeholder management
- The ability to deliver strategy and continuos improvement to enterprise functions
- Capacity Capability planning
- Business Delivery - manage the release management processes and requirements for
key stakeholders
- Risk Control - Promote and pro actively support risk assessments/mitigation processes
