Shareholder Services Specialist recruitment

Responisibilities:

• Responsibility for elements of the financial reporting (annual report).

• Active participation in the General Assembling- tryout of relevant regulations and processes in Switzerland and USA

• Management of various projects

• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

 

Requirements:

• University degree or similar (preferably in Business Administration, law, humanities etc)

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar environment (eg, legal department or regulatory authority)

• Good organization skills

• Excellent communication in German, English and French (written and oral )

• Experience with stakeholder management

• Attention to details

• Team player
