SIGINT Reporter
Summary of Position:
A minimum of six (6) years experience with the military or government agency using the collection management cycle, intelligence cycle, targeting cycle, and the SIGINT intelligence fusion process from tactical to national level is required. Applicants will work as a member of a government-contractor team whose primary focus will be providing support to warfighters. A SIGINT Reporter uses an in-depth knowledge of general communications procedures, traffic analysis and reporting formats and vehicles to produce time-sensitive and event-oriented SIGINT reports; provides SIGINT support to 24 hour watch operations, force protection, indications and warning and situational awareness; provides target continuity and mentorship to a junior and rotating workforce. Formal service training as a SIGINT reporter is required. Must have strong written communications skills and a working knowledge of SKYWRITER, CPE, MESSIAH and SIGINT Directives that guide reporting; must have the ability to evolve with the target; must be willing to receive and conduct training on new systems, databases and processes. SIGINT experience on Serialized Product Reporting, Product Phasing, Product Development; working knowledge of DNR analysis, associated tools and databases. Experience with NSANET, CINEPLEX, MARINA, TUNINGFORK, Pinwale, and other SIGINT tools. Geo Bootcamp and knowledge of ArcGIS a plus. Candidates with recent Tactical, Operational or Strategic experience and at least one combat tour are desirable.
Basic Qualifications include:
• Analyst will be supporting deployed US Army troops and must understand the military decision making process and Army doctrine.
• Extensive knowledge of SIGINT intelligence production and working knowledge of All-Source, HUMINT, MASINT.
• Experience with Analyst Notebook, Arc View, Arc-GIS, Pathfinder, Anchory and other current analyst tools.
• Preferred experience includes analysis and reporting in OEF, INSCOM, or ACE environments.
An Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required prior to beginning employment, along with the ability to obtain/maintain a CI Polygraph for continued employment.
