Silkscreen Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Silk Screen Supervisor to oversee our printing department.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5-7 years previous Printing Supervisory experience.
Experience working with and on Svecia, Sias, and MR presses along with experience with all types of curing systems for metal to plastic sub straights.
- Experience with cosmetic trim parts a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage several different projects at one time.
- Strong understanding and experience with Windows Office software.
- Ability to lead and develop employees effectively.
- Strong understanding of managing departmental budgets, cost control standards, and departmental planning.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and team skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must have a proven track record of leadership and mentoring. Individuals will ensure production schedules are met; meet budget goals, implement. Focus on employee development and training.
High School Diploma or GED required.
