Site Operations Manager Job in Sydney 2000
Our client is a major international force and market leader in the development of a broad range of integrated hardware, software and business services solutions to business and government. Their offering of cutting-edge, state-of-the-art solutions and services is supported by a re manufacturing network and due to investment in this new facility they are seeking to recruit a high calibre Operations Professional.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager you will take full responsibility for this brand new ‘State of the Art’ facility which is seen as the flagship facility of its type with the Asia Pacific Region. You will take full responsibility for the management and development of a large complex operation in order to drive operational efficiencies and cultural performance; you will also be responsible for the implementation of the companies Lean/CI program.
In order to be successful in this role you will:
· Be Tertiary qualified, preferably within an Engineering discipline
· Have extensive manufacturing experience
· 5 years plus Site leadership experience
· Demonstrable track record of leading and implementing change management programs
· Experience of operating within a Lean focused environment
· Experience of operating within an Environmentally focused organization
· Be a dynamic leader with a strong focus on kpi’s
