Site/Project Engineer

This is well established pipe laying and civil contractor. They have had tremendous success over the past few years which is due to having the right people running their jobs and their company. A straight forward systems and processes sees them concentrating on growth and smooth delivery of their projects. As a result of recent increase in the workload they are seeking to appoint a Site/Project Engineer.
Some of your duties will be:
- Preparation of technical scope for inclusion in sub-contracts
- Resolve internal scope of work and technicalissues as they arise
- Receive RFIs from subcontractors
- Prepare all Technical Queries (TQs) to be submitted to client
- Advise construction personnel of TQ responses and advise recommended action
- Preparation of Work Method Statements in conjunction with Construction Supervisors
- Preparation of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Inspection and tests plan monitoring and control (ITPs)
- Prepare monthly quality report.
In order to be successful you will need to be a qualified civil engineer and at least 3 years post graduate experience. Civil construction experience is
essential.
Those with experience working on pipelines or pumping station will be viewed favorably.
