£35,000 - £55,000, Mon - Fri (some flexibility required)
Our client is a global FMCG company and a leading organisation in the UK and worldwide food manufacturing sector. With continuing investment into there UK sites and expansion of one of its key sites they are now looking for a DMAIC Green / Black Belt practitioner to drive their focused improvement.
You will be tasked with leading and executing Green Belt projects across the expanding site. Ideally you will be Green Belt certified, though experienced White Belt practitioners will be considered and have led your own team or project teams and be someone who role models coaching behaviours. Developing, coaching and monitoring White Belts will be a key part of the role.
You'll specifically have a remit to undertake DMAIC projects across the site, driving TPM, ensuring desired results are achieved, the problem solving competence of functional team members is developed and standardisation of improvements are fully embedded.
Whilst experience in leading DMAIC projects is preferable, people with a proven track record in project management with excellent skills in influencing, driving change and coaching will also be considered too.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required for the role which may include evening or weekend working. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in projects with a continuously developing site a real chance to forge a senior career path with a truly global company.
