Technical Skills: Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma skills: DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out, process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as proficiency in Minitab.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Work Experience: 5 years relevant experience required. In addition, strong technical, application and personal selling skills, along with some technical and working knowledge of internal product manufacture are also necessary.
• Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Formal Lean Manufacturing training. Completion of 3 operational and/or transactional-related projects with demonstrated success and financial results manufacturing or service.
• Experience coaching and delivering training at all levels of an organization
• Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills
• Demonstrated success initiating change and ability to influence at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Outstanding leadership, communications, presentation, training, team facilitation, and interpersonal capabilities, combined with and an ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization.
• Self-directed, team player with sound negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and process redesign skills and innovative thinker
• Proven understanding of the business process and impact on PL
• Ability to develop, measures, plan and strategize work, facilitate effective meetings, identify organizational needs, and manage multiple projects.

Summary and Principal Area of Responsibility: Responsible for completing major projects and key initiatives linked to SGPPL Strategic plan through the use of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Achieve the forecasted sales, profit and asset objectives for assigned products and markets worldwide within prescribed budgetary limits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes the following; other duties may be assigned):
• Train, coach and develop Green Yellow Belt resources assigned to projects related to Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology; Integrate best practices into Lean Six Sigma curriculum
• Accountable for on time delivery of high quality improvement projects resulting in defect reduction, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, process improvements, downtime reduction, quality improvements, and provide environmental and safety improvements
• Defines process parameters and offers engineering support that will allow manufacturing to meet established product specifications, quality standards, productivity objectives, lead times and safety standards.
• Facilitate quality and change management processes; identify customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals with financial benefit
