Skilled Sales Adminstrative Professional
Principal Duties Responsibilities:
Arranges conferences, meetings, rallies, etc. for the territory, including preparing an agenda, notifying participants, and arranging luncheons and similar matters;
Prepares memos, letter, proposals, charts, and presentations.
Receives, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls, places calls, receives visitor, arrange appointments and maintains department calendars.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Typing skills: 30 wpm/85% accuracy

Microsoft Excel: Intermediate
Microsoft PowerPoint: Basic
Good oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
