Our Client
An established bank with a large retail wealth management banking presence in Singapore and region.
The Role
To lead and manage a team of credit risk specialists and conduct independent review and assessment of the credit quality of consumer lending portfolio (both secured and unsecured) in Singapore and region in accordance with the bank's credit policies, standards and methodologies. Working in conjunction with the Heads of Business Units and Group Risk Management to monitor implementation and progress of review recommendation(s).
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in consumer lending business or consumer credit risk management. Good understanding of various components of the credit cycle – credit underwriting, assessment criteria, remedial management and portfolio analytics. Conversant in quantitative and statistical techniques used in credit portfolio management. Good written and oral communication skills, and ability to interact with people at different levels.
