Working within the Small Business Remote group, the role of the Small Business Servicing Consultant is to respond to phone enquiries from both internal and external customers and to spot and refer sales referrals at every opportunity. Queries/requests may relate to clearance of cheque funds, temporary excesses, temporary overdraft facilities, status of loan applications and general small business lending.

The ideal candidate will have phone-based experience, and a strong customer service and sales background. Business banking or lending experience is regarded.
