Small / Mid Cap Analyst recruitment
Our client is an Australian based institutional stockbroker with a strong representation to local institutions and HNWI across the financial, industrial and mining sectors. Their services include Institutional Dealing, Equities Research and Corporate Finance.
As part of a small, but highly experienced team of professionals, a unique opportunity now exists for an experienced (5yrs +) sell side analyst with a coverage background in small-mid caps or industrials to join their Equity Research team as their Senior Analyst.
The successful candidate will be based in Sydney and work closely with the Head's of Equities to offer institutional clients a compelling mix of research and market ideas. You'll have a wide degree of flexibility in your stock coverage, though a preference will be given to individuals with a experience outside of resources and mining services.
To be considered for the role you;
- At least 5yrs experience in either Equities or Funds Management Research/Sales
- Have an excellent knowledge of Australian equities markets
- Be a team player - comfortable in working within a boutique environment
- Possess outstanding analystical, interpersonal and presentation skills and...
- Be able to provide detail commentary and insight at the institutional level, combined with the ability to identify and participate in corporate finance activities
