Solutions Training Consultant Level: IH (C2) Job Role Description: The Global Commercial Sales Training organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Training Consultant role in the SMB Americas team with responsibility for SMB Americas CSMB LATAM training consulting and delivery for direct sales. Reporting To: SMB Americas CSMB LATAM Regional Sales Training Director Role responsibilities: · Collaboration with senior management to develop strategic training plans aligned to go-to-market strategies (GTM). · Deliver standard global and localized training programs. · Directs the activities of internal training. · Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation. Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives. · Maintains communication with internal and/or external customers to ensure effectiveness of training. · Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training. Qualifications Qualifications, Experience Education: · 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred · 4+ years leadership experience preferred · Strong understanding of applicable technical and functional content areas and industry trends · Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Curriculum Design methodology · Advanced knowledge of classroom training skills, abilities, and practices · Advanced ability to analyze data and recommend courses design, methodology, and structure · Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience Dell is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
