SME Model Implementation Manager – South East Asia Region recruitment

Role:

• Mobilising the business, scoping, planning and obtaining the resources to deliver the target implementations.

leverage existing architecture infrastructure or create new capability through appropriate Strategic Investment and appropriate governance

• Programme council and business executive reviews.

• Convey  complex data analysis, scenario modelling and provide guidance on business priorities

• Ensure an end to end delivery of model implementation, with accurate status and release management. Take into account risks and issues

• Advice and guide work-streams on project deliverables, own the outcome. 

• The job holder will have direct line management responsibility for 2/3 members of staff and will need to adhere to internal guidelines and policies

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or Equivalent work experience within Analytics

• Proven Model Implementation experience within SME or Consumer Banking for the Financial Sector

• Project Management Expertise – formal accreditation (Prince 2 / PMP) or similar experience

• Advanced Credit Risk Management Standard or operates at similar level

• Technical problem solving skills using root cause analysis techniques

• Data Driven and Results Orientated

• Advanced oral and written communication skills

• Desirable knowledge of methodology/techniques in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Prince 2 project management is desirable
