Snr AVP Commodities Product Control
Our Client is a major global financial services provider engaged in personal banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking, and wealth and investment management, currently recruiting within their commodities product control team.
Main duties of the role involve reporting of daily risk attributed PL and commentary of key drivers; discussion of daily PL with trading desk; exercising key controls including investigation of flash v formal variance; providing MI; supporting other key information for senior management and supporting ad hoc queries from the trading desk as well as acting as subject matter expert on physical oil products.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the commodities market with specific focus on physical commodities and a background either within product control or risk. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
